Tonight we heard from one-man-band Son Of Dave who loves beat-boxing while harping through a distorted mic, really giving him this raw blues sound but he interjects with dancey loops. Its sick. Then we had a DeerTick soundalike, The Cave Singers, hopefully I can find some more harmonica songs by them cuz they played some damn good folk. Later on we heard some hyper-reverb harmonica playing from Faust...that was 9 minutes long. Before this song, I had no idea notes could sustain for so long. Check it out. Elvis Perkins was also a new addition to the show and I'll have him on next week as well. He's just all around awesome, give him a listen. Then we heard something pretty rare...psychadelic harmonica!! Sleepy Sun gave us a taste..and we want more. Afterwards it was Blues, Blues, and more Blues :) Hope y'all enjoyed!! Next show there will definitely be more jazz, and hopefully some classical harmonica!

Keep Harpin' Dj Kamakazzi
